1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. The #MyStupidPetTrick Contest (“Contest”) is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 13 years or older who have Internet access and applicable social media accounts as of January 29, 2024 and who follow TBS’s social media feeds on Instagram or TikTok except for  employees, officers,  and directors of Turner Entertainment Network, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its parents, subsidiaries (collectively, with the Sponsor and Administrator (as defined below), the “Contest Entities”). Void wherever prohibited by law. Contest is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”). Sponsor is not responsible for providing any Internet access or use.
2.  HOW TO ENTER: There will be a special one-time Contest which will run from January 29 to April 1, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). From 12:00:00a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) through 11:59:59p.m. ET on the Entry Period, participants must post an original video of their pet doing a trick, and also (a) tag TBS at @TBSnetwork and (b) use the hashtag #mystupidpettrick(each a “Submission”).  Sponsor will pick its favorite Submission once a week. All Submissions must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose controls the social media feed from which the Submission is posted. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Contest Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond Sponsor’s control, that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) entry per person per twenty-four (24) hour period. No entrant may win more than one (1) prize during a given week. Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Contest.
3. HOW TO WIN: One Winner will be picked each week (collectively, the “Winners”) and will be based on the following criterial:  40% impressiveness of the trick; 40% entertainment value of the pet’s performance; 20% quality of the video submitted.  The decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during an Entry Period. Potential winners will be confirmed by messaging within each applicable social media platform used and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor.  Sponsor will notify each selected entrant by the respective messaging service within each applicable social media platform within (2) days of its determination.   
4. PRIZES: All Winners will have their pets featured on the TBS Network and the social media feed for the TBS Show Stupid Pet Tricks, which is @mystupidpettricks, and receive a PetCube camera and one year free subscription. No other prizes are provided. The value of each prize is Three Hundred Dollars ($300). TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES:  Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00). No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted by the Winners. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Prize Provider. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, including a gift card for Three Hundred Dollars ($300). Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded. All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    
5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Contest, participants grant Contest Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residences, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Contest Entities and all matters related to the Contest, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Potential Winners may each be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. The winner will have five (5) calendar days from notification to accept the Prize by email. Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If a selected Entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for that Prize. In order to be declared an official winner the selected Entrant will be required to complete and return to the Administrator a Survey Notification Form within five (5) days of receipt thereof from the Administrator. If a selected Entrant fails to complete and return the Survey Notification Form to the administrator within five (5) days, the Administrator reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for that Prize. By completing and returning the Survey Notification Form, the Entrant is required to: (i) consent to Administrator providing the Entrant’s name, email address and province/state details to Prize Provider for Prize Provider to contact the Entrant to fulfill the Prize; (ii) acknowledge that to fulfill the Prize, the Entrant may be required to set up a password-protected account with Prize Provider and provide certain information, including:: name, phone number,, and mailing address. Sponsor and administrator are not responsible or liable for late, lost, or misdirected communications from the Prize Provider to the official winners email address. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of potential winner to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) days of such attempt may result in disqualification and, in Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize or (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Contest Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Contest (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded.
