Where can I download the Final Space AR App?
You can download the app from the iTunes Store and Google Play.
Which mobile devices does the app work for?
Unfortunately, the Final Space AR app is currently only available for the below devices. We’re hoping to expand this list in the future. Until then, we will blame KVN, because he’s THE WORST.
Available on iOS for iPhone 6S and newer models.
Available on Android for Google Pixel 2, Google Pixel 2 XL, Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung
Galaxy S7 Edge and Samsung Galaxy S6.

Why isn't the app working for me?
- Make sure the app is compatible with your device
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- If you still have trouble, email finalspace@promos.tbs.com to let us know what you've experienced
I couldn't upload my video what should I do?
If you couldn't upload your video using mobile or desktop devices, please email finalspace@promos.tbs.com for assistance.
I can't hear sound when I upload, what should I do?
You will not hear audio while upload. Before submitting, you'll have a chance to review your video and audio.
It's take a long time for my video to load, what's wrong?
Some videos will take a little bit longer to load on mobile devices, try upload to the desktop version of the site for faster uploading.
Can I edit my video?
Chookity yah, you can! You can edit up to 30 seconds of Final Space AR app video recordings.
What's the deadline?
Videos will no longer be accepted after 8/1/18 at 11:59pm EST.
When will I know if I won?
We'll be announcing the winner 8/15/18.
How old do I have to be to make a video?
You need to be 13 or older to participate in the competition.

Is there anything I can't do in my video?
Yes, a few things, read more about them in the Official Rules at https://tbs.com/finalspaceme/official-rules.
Can I have friends in my video?
Absolutely, but make sure we know you're the star of the video, only one person will win the chance to voice a character.
Can more than one person get to voice a character?
Sorry, only one person will win the chance to voice a character.
What format should I upload?
The best file type to upload is mov.
What is the file size limit?
We recommend that video file sizes remain around 50MB or less, but flie size should not be a problem for a 30 second video.
Do I have to use KVN?
No, no you do not. KVN is the absolute worst.
