Season 3: Episode 74: Hillman
The Huxtables head to Hillman to attend a ceremony for Dr. Hanes, who is retiring after serving as president of the college for 53 years. Denise races upstairs and scrambles to clean her room before her mother arrives, but Clair discovers her pile of dirty clothes and hidden beefcake calendar. Theo and Cliff meet one of Cliff's old professors, who teases him about his tendency to fall asleep in class. Dr. Hanes invites the family over to his house. He asks Cliff to serve as master of ceremonies, as the first choice has become ill. Alumni from each class march to the ceremony, and Russell represents his class. Cliff introduces the new president to the graduating seniors and other guests. Clair performs a song with backing from the Hillman choir. Dr. Hanes then speaks, and promises that he will still see everyone around the campus. He points out how special the school is, and asks that the graduates always take time out to help fellow Hillman students. Everyone is excited about the speech.
