Season 3: Episode 61: Cliff in Charge
Clair is invited to take part on a committee to organize a ceremony honoring Hillman's retiring president. She heads to Hillman for ten days, and Anna comes along to visit Denise. Russell stays at the Huxtable house to help Cliff with the kids. Theo gets a series of phone calls from giggling girls who compliment him and hang up. He learns that some girls have named him the "thoroughbred" of the week and written his phone number on the bathroom wall. He gets in trouble when the principal catches him covering the message in the girls' bathroom. Cliff breaks up an argument between Rudy and Kenny, who has begun following the sexist dogma spouted by his older brother. Russell is very impressed with Cliff as he juggles his difficult work schedule with the chaos created by the kids at home.
