Season 3: Episode 51: Food for Thought
The whole family helps Denise pack as she prepares to leave for college. Following a friend's heart attack, Clair questions Cliff's love of junk food. Although he recently had a physical and has a normal cholesterol level, she believes that he could stand to change his eating habits. She challenges Cliff to go one day without eating high cholesterol or high fat foods. He finds his meals very boring, and is so hungry that he talks Theo into asking Cockroach's mother for leftovers. Clair agrees that Cliff should still be able to eat food that tastes good, but asks him not to overdo it.
