2. Who can enter?
Midnight Money Madness is open only to legal U.S. residents who, at the time of registration, are residents of, and are physically present in the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start date of the registration. Excluded are employees (and their immediate family members and members of the same household) of Endemol USA, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., MindMatics LLC, Champion Communications, Ltd. and their affiliates and agents.

3. How do I get selected to play a Game live on air?
Game participants are randomly selected to play from among all eligible registrants (regardless of method of registration) and contacted by telephone at the number provided in their registration within approximately 30 seconds after receipt of the registration. If the participant answers the call, (s)he will be placed on hold. A portion of those on hold will be randomly selected as potential contestants; the remainder of those on hold will be disconnected. One potential contestant will be randomly selected to play the Game live on-air. If the contestant doesn't correctly answer the Game question, another potential contestant will be randomly selected to play the Game live on-air.

4. What if I am selected as a potential contestant but don’t get to play the game live on-air?
If you are selected as a potential contestant but aren't selected to play the Game on-air, you will be notified at the end of the Game.

5. How many times can I register to participate?
You may register up to ten (10) times per Program Period, regardless of registration method. The Producer reserves the right to further limit the number of registrations per Program Period. If you reach the registration limit for any Program Period, any subsequent attempt to register during the Program Period will be disqualified. If you reach the registration limit for any Program Period using a single method of registration, you will receive notification of disqualification of any subsequent attempt to register during the Program Period using that method of registration ( if you attempt to register via text messaging, you will only receive a disqualification notice after the first such attempt). You will not incur a charge for any such subsequent registration attempt, except your first attempt to register via text messaging after you have reached your registration limit using that single method of registration,, which attempt to register via text messaging will incur a premium text messaging charge of $0.99 in addition to standard text messaging rates. Failure to receive a disqualification notice with respect to any registration during a Program Period does not mean that you have not exceeded your registration limit for that Program Period. Also, keep in mind that when entering via text message or 900 #, you may be subject to limitations imposed by your carrier. Please check with your carrier for specific restrictions.

6. Should I keep track of the number of times I register during each Program?
It's important that you keep track of the total number of times you register during each Program because any registration after you reach the registration limit (a total of ten (10) registrations per Program, regardless of method of registration) will be disqualified. Failure to receive a disqualification notice concerning any registration doesn't mean that you haven't exceeded your registration limit for the Program, If your registration is disqualified, you will not be eligible to receive a Game prize.

7. If I reach the registration limit during one Game, can I register to participate in other Games during the same Program?
No. Once you reach your registration limit (a total of ten (10) registrations per Program, regardless of method of registration), any further attempts to register during the same Program will be disqualified. The registration limit applies to the entire Program Period - all Games played during the Program.

8. If I reach the registration limit during one Program, can I register to participate in other Programs?
Yes. The registration limit (a total of ten (10) registrations per Program, regardless of method of registration) applies to each Program. If you reach the registration limit during one Program, you may still register to participate in other Programs up to ten (10) times per Program.

9. If I reach the registration limit using one method of registration, can I register to participate using another method?
No. If you reach your registration limit (a total of ten (10) registrations per Program, regardless of method of registration) using one method of registration, any further attempts to register during the same Program using the same method of registration or another method of registration will be disqualified. The registration limit applies to all methods of registration combined, so that you have the same chance to win a prize no matter how you register to participate.

10. Do I have a better chance to win if I register to participate using text messaging or the 900 phone number (which I pay for) than if I register via the Internet (which is free)?
No. You have the same chance to win a prize no matter how you register (Internet, text messaging or 900 phone number).

11. If I can't call the 900 number, can I register more times using other methods?
If you're a resident of or physically present in California, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey or Delaware, you can't register via the 900 number but you may register using the Internet or text messaging. You may register up to ten (10) times per Program, regardless of method of entry.

12. Why haven't I received a call back?
If you do not receive a call back within 30 seconds of your eligible registration, you were not chosen to participate in the Game. Please try again. Note that a call back does not guarantee that you will be chosen as an on-air Contestant.

13. When Should I expect My Winnings?
Midnight Money Madness will process all qualified winning payments within 10 business days of receipt of a fully and correctly completed affidavit of eligibility, and subsequent determination of eligibility by Producer.

14. What paperwork/information do I need to provide in order to collect my winnings?
Each winner must provide his or her full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth. Winners must also complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, where legally permissible, publicity release. Additional tax documentation may also be required depending on the amount of the prize.

15. What is the cost of participating via text message?
A premium text message rate of $ 0.99 will apply to each registration sent via text messaging in addition to the standard text message rates. Charges will be incurred whether or not your message is delivered, including attempted registrations sent while a Game is not in progress and first attempted registration sent after you reach your text message registration limit for a Program period (no charge will be incurred for any subsequent attempted registration).

16. I want to stop these text messages; what should I do?
You may elect to stop receiving text messages from 44044 at any time by responding "Stop" to any of the messages. You will receive a non-billable text message as confirmation.

17. Can I answer the Game question by text messaging?
No. You can only use text messaging to register to participate in a Game. Text messaging the correct answer to the Game question does not make you eligible for a prize, Prizes can be won only by contestants selected to play the Game live with the Program host if the Contestant correctly answers the Game question.

18. How are 900 numbers different from 800 numbers?
Unlike 800 numbers, use of a 900 number incurs a specified charge to the caller.

19. How will I be charged for calling the 900 number?
The charge for calling the 900 number will appear on your monthly statement from your local phone company.

20. Can I call a 900 number from a cell phone?
No, 900 numbers are not accessible from cellular telephones.

21. Who do I call if I have a question about the 900 number charges on my phone bill?
900 calls are billed by your local phone company. If you have questions about your charges you should call the toll free number printed on your invoice.

22.I tried calling the 900 number and can't get through. What's the problem?
There could be several issues. First, not all telephone companies allow 900 number calling. Or you could have a block on your telephone restricting 900 number calling. In either case, a call to your local telephone company should provide resolution. Please note that residents of the States of CA, MN, IL, NJ and DE and viewers physically present in those states at the time of registration are not eligible to register via the 900 number.

23. Do I need to be 18 years old to participate in a Game?
Yes, you need to be 18 years or older to register to participate in a Game.
