This recipe is for the over-21 crowd only, of course. And to those of you of drinking age, please drink responsibly.

You will need:

• Gin
• Dry vermouth
• Cocktail onions

Directions:

1. Chill martini glasses and a good bottle of gin for at least 30 minutes in freezer

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice followed by a splash of dry vermouth. Pour off the vermouth and add iced gin.

3. Shake side-to-side 10 seconds and strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with 2 onions and drink with style.

4. Put on your visor and armband then deal each player a winning hand of dinner. (Remember to admonish all players that anyone caught cheating does the dishes!)
