Pauly's up for a dramatic role in a knight movie, and comedian friend Dave Attell suggests that he immerse himself in the part. To Pauly, that means spending two days at Medieval Times. While away, he asks Tommy and Dean to deal with Mitzi's ghost problem dating back to The Comedy Store's early days as a mafia-run nightclub.

At Medieval Times, Pauly is put through knight boot camp by Sir Dave, including swordfighting, taking a hit, horseback riding, and sleeping in the stable. Of course, all Pauly wants to do is flirt with the princess and screw around.

Back at The Comedy Store, Dean and Tommy contact a ghost-busting expert and medium to exorcise the ghosts.

In the end, Pauly is knighted and auditions for the part.
