Straight out of the University of Maryland, Anita J.
Finkelstein garnered a position with
Women's Wear
Daily (WWD), which is considered the bible of the
fashion industry. After five years as an editor in the
NYC office, she headed to Atlanta to put her stamp on
Southern style. For the next eleven years, she worked as a
fashion stylist and writer contributing to such
publications as
W Magazine,
InStyle,
Lucky, and
Atlanta Magazine among others. She's dressed everyone
from television news anchors to sports figures to
musicians over the course of her career. Recently, the
launch of
PaperCity Magazine convinced her to give up her
freelance career to become a part of a high quality
publication. As editor, she will have the opportunity
to channel her writing skills and eye for fashion and
design into one place. While she knows all there is to
know about the luxury market, she lives in an old
farmhouse with her truly southern husband, two
hyperactive dogs and one very finicky cat.
