1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are licensed drivers, age 18 years or older, who have internet access as of November 28, 2004, except employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Superstation, Inc. ("TBS"), Ford Motor Company ("Ford") (collectively, the "Sponsors"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void in Alaska, Hawaii and wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations ("Official Rules").

2. HOW TO ENTER: From November 30 - December 15, 2004, Sponsors will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to play an online trivia game each week during the airing of TBS' original series "The Real Gilligan's Island" (the "Enhanced Programming") and encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win a 2005 Ford Mustang GT The Enhanced Programming is tentatively scheduled to air on TBS at the following times [all times are Eastern Time/Pacific Time ("ET/PT")]: (a) on November 30 from 8:00p.m. - 10:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. - 1:00a.m.; (b) on December 1 from 8:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. - 12:00a.m.; (c) December 7 from 8:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. - 12:00a.m.; (d) December 8 from 8:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. - 11:00p.m.; (e) December 14 from 8:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. - 11:00p.m.; and (f) December 15 from 8:00p.m. - 10:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. - 1:00a.m. The first round (the "First Round") of participation will begin at 8:00p.m. on November 30, 2004 and end at 11:59p.m. on December 7. The second round (the "Second Round") of participation will begin at 8:00p.m. on December 8, 2004 and end at 12:59a.m. on December 15, 2004 (the "First Round" and the "Second Round," shall be collectively referred to as the "Promotional Period"). Participants may enter either via the game playing method or the non-game playing method (as described below). To enter via the game playing method, participants must: (i) log on to the TBS website, located at www.tbs.com, during the Promotional Period, (ii) go to "The Real Gilligan's Island" microsite and receive instructions to download the interactive television program software, (iii) download such software, (iv) complete and submit the online registration form, including name, address, telephone number, birth date and e-mail address (if any), and (v) play The Real Gilligan's Island Enhanced online trivia game while the Enhanced Programming is airing on TBS during the Promotional Period. Participants earn one (1) entry for registering and can earn two (2) additional entries for each trivia and/or sponsor question answered at the time such questions appear on the participant's computer screen during the Enhanced Programming. There will be approximately forty-two (42) questions asked during each hour of the Enhanced Programming. Participants need not select the correct answer to any trivia and/or sponsor questions in order to obtain the additional entries. To enter without playing the online trivia game, participants must: (i) log on to the TBS website, located at www.tbs.com, during the Promotional Period, (ii) go to "The Real Gilligan's Island" microsite, and (iii) complete and submit the online entry form, including name, address, telephone number, birth date and e-mail address (if any). Participants who enter via the non-game playing method may enter an unlimited number of times per Round. To be eligible for both drawings, participants must log onto the TBS website at least one (1) time during each Round and complete and submit the online entry form, and all entries must be received no later than the last day of each Round. To be eligible for the grand prize drawing, participants must log onto the TBS website at least one (1) time during the Promotional Period and complete and submit the online entry form. Entries must be submitted prior to 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on November 30, 2004 and must be received no later than 12:59a.m. (ET/PT) on December 15, 2004. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prizes can only be awarded to the person whose name is on each winning entry. Sponsors are not responsible for pre-emptions, black-outs or any other non-controllable acts concerning the Enhanced Programming and/or the TBS site (including, without limitation, the online game). No automated entries accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors' control which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render an entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. HOW TO WIN: Thirty (30) first prize winners (fifteen (15) winners each Round of the Promotional Period) (the "First Prize Winners") will be randomly chosen by an independent judging organization from among all eligible entries received within the applicable dates and times specified above. One (1) grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be randomly chosen by an independent judging organization on or around December 29, 2004 from all eligible entries received within the Promotional Period (the "Grand Prize Winner," and the "First Prize Winners" shall be collectively referred to as the "Winners"). The First Prize Winners will be selected on or around December 7, and December15. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received each Round and throughout the Promotional Period. The Winners will be confirmed by U.S. mail, e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any). The Winners should receive their prizes approximately twelve (12) to fifteen (15) weeks following Winner verification. The Grand Prize winner will be required to personally retrieve the Grand Prize vehicle from a Ford-designated dealership near Grand Prize Winner's residence and must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance/registration at the time of retrieval. The Grand Prize Winner will have sixty (60) days from the date of Grand Prize Winner announcement on or around December 29, 2004 to retrieve the Grand Prize vehicle from the Ford-designated dealership; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize vehicle includes standard features; any additional options are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility and subject to dealer inventory. Grand Prize vehicle color subject to availability. Neither the vehicle shown in the Enhanced Programming, nor any vehicle displayed or pictured in promotional/advertising materials will be the actual Grand Prize vehicle awarded.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) 2005 Ford Mustang GT, at an approximate market value ("AMV") of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). To obtain specific information regarding standard features included with the 2005 Ford Mustang GT, please visit the Ford website located at, www.fordvehicles.com. Any features not specified as being included in the base model of such vehicle on the Ford website are expressly excluded. Thirty (30) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Fifty-Dollar ($50) Lowe's gift card, redeemable at participating Lowe's stores. TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES (31 PRIZES): Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($26,500). Vehicle awarded may differ from vehicle shown in promotional materials. Sponsors will determine the actual color of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the name of the Grand Prize Winner and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prizes of like value for any reason whatsoever. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above including, without limitation, insurance, taxes, tag fees, licensing, registration, maintenance, gasoline and all expenses incurred in connection with retrieving the vehicle from the dealership. Evidence of insurance and a valid driver's license must be provided to receive delivery of the vehicle. By entering, entrants acknowledge that operating a car can be a dangerous activity and agree to accept all risk and responsibility associated with operating such vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any).

5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sponsors and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Each Winner will be required to sign, without limitation, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a use of name and likeness release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of potential winners to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) days of such attempt may result in disqualification. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize or (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsors' sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded. In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from among all eligible prize claims for the prize(s) at issue to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules. No more than the stated number of prizes per these Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsors not responsible for typographical errors in the Official Rules.
