Voting is scheduled to be open from 10:55 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 13, 2004, until 10:00 a.m. EST on November 15, 2004
Votes may be cast solely via the internet at www.TBS.com. Viewers may cast more than one vote each; however, (a) payment or other consideration in exchange for votes is prohibited, and (b) Producer and TBS reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to invalidate or otherwise disqualify any votes which it suspects being the result of automated internet messaging, or otherwise cast by using automated electronic technology (whether or not such suspicion is able to be proven), or which Producer and/or TBS otherwise determine to be invalid. Producer's and TBS's decision with respect to the tallying of votes, and the invalidation or disqualification of any suspected votes, shall be final. Voting is scheduled to be open from 10:55 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 13, 2004, until 10:00 a.m. EST on November 15, 2004, subject to change at Producer's and/or TBS's sole discretion.
