Cedric the Entertainer

Cedric the Entertainer was born Cedric Kyles in Jefferson City, Missouri on April 24, 1964. After attending Southeast Missouri State, Cedric worked for State Farm Insurance while trying to make a name for himself in stand up comedy. After hosting BET's Comic View and making several appearances on late night talk shows, Cedric starred in The Steve Harvey Show. Recently he has starred in many films, including Barbershop and Johnson Family Vacation, which he also produced. Cedric currently has several acting and producing projects in the works.
