When company checks begin to bounce, the guys suspect Richard of spending company finances. Richard reveals that the IRS has seized the accounts due to Keisha's IRS debts. Angela, Marcus, Leslie, and Joseph are angered and horrified that the company is in jeopardy because of Richard's marriage to Keisha.
