Josh Brener

Josh Brener was born and raised in Houston, where he began acting and performing at age 12. Brener went on to attend Harvard College, studying acting at the American Repertory Theatre and performing annually with the Hasty Pudding Theatricals. He discovered his love for improv and comedy writing while working with Hasty Pudding, where he served as a head writer and president of the company.

After graduating, Brener moved to Los Angeles to study improv and sketch comedy with both the Upright Citizens Brigade and The Groundlings. He made his Los Angeles stage debut with the Echo Theatre Company, of which he is now a member.
