STEPS
Cover the bulb with paper mache to make it kid safe

Use glue to add button eyes and pompom noses

Parents should use hot glue to attach ribbon hanger to the top

For snowman and Santa hats, use a kids sock, pull down to end of bottle neck, tie the top and embellish with pomp pom or ribbon
