In addition to being a nationally recognized top-producing Realtor, Tonya M. Williams’ is also Home & Garden Television’s (HGTV) Real Estate expert on “Designed to Sell”--Atlanta edition. As the Real Estate expert, she provides expert advice to homeowners on fixing-up and renovating a home on a budget in order to get a maximum sales price. She has been an on-air guest on “Living Today” Martha Stewart Living on XM Sirius Satellite Radio sharing design tips with listeners and offering suggestions that will help to increase their home values in a challenging market. Williams has also been featured in segments for CBS46 “Better Mornings” on ‘How to Decorate your Home on a Budget’ and appeared as the Host & co-designer for a kitchen makeover on the TBS Movie & A Makeover Special sponsored by Essence Magazine & Pine Sol.

When not appearing on television and radio, Williams writes a column for Atlanta’s Home & You Magazine and is a Celebrity Guest speaker at Home Shows nationwide. As a seasoned Real Estate Expert and TV host who has also expanded her portfolio to include décor she is often called upon to lend her Real Estate knowledge and contribute Expert quotes for major periodicals and newspapers.
