Season 2: Episode 10: Ask Your Mother
Bill suddenly realizes that his children always ask their mother Susan when they want anything, except when they want money. Bill starts to wonder if working and being away from home is causing him to miss out on his family.

Bill decides to fix the situation, but for some reason he can't ever make the right decisions when they ask him for things. And the Pearson children never miss an opportunity to take advantage, do just that.

Meanwhile, Paul is having women problem. They keep standing him up. Bill sets out to help his friend out, but will Paul ever be able to fix his awkward ways?

Eventually, Bill realizes he can become more familiar with his children’s lives, as long as he puts more effort into it and stops obsessing over them instinctively leaning on their mother, who’s the natural go-to parent since she’s at home most of the time.
