The loveable but thick-headed Leslie Pool returned to his hometown to take charge of his family-owned supermarket, the Greens & Grains, after the death of his father. Facing strong competition from the SuperValueMart across the street, he tries desperately to turn the store into a successful venture and its staff into a cohesive team.
