Martini Glass Dessert
- White Chocolate Garnished Martini Glass
- White Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Small Black and White cookie as garnish
- Double boiler
- Pastry bag Ė or study Ziploc bag with one very small corner snipped off after it has been filled
- Martini glass
Fill the bottom level of the double boiler with water and melt the chips in the top.
Pour the melted chips into a pastry bag.
Squeeze the chocolate onto the inside of each glass in a thin stream, swirling the glass to create any design you please. Let it sit. Place two scoops of ice cream into martini glass. Place black and white cookie on glass edge.
Note: To help the chocolate set, place the glass in the refrigerator.
Paint Palette: Serve on a painterís palette (White plastic palates with bowl shaped indentations to place sorbet.)
Purchase a variety of colored sorbets. Scoop each sorbet and place on palette to resemble a palette.
Pre Scoop Sorbet, and form balls. Place on a sheet tray covered with wax paper. Place on palette before serving. This ensures that the sorbet gets really hard.
Serve: Serve on a painterís palette (White plastic palates with bowl shaped indentations to place sorbet.) Place a small demitasse spoon on each palette.
