Bruce Willis and Sarah Jessica Parker star in this aquatic thriller set on the riverways of Pittsburgh. Willis plays a cop who's demoted to boat duty after trying to find a killer on the police force. Once on the water, Willis is taunted by the murderer, and has to turn to a gutsy Internal Affairs officer (Parker) for help.
